The Greenhouse Cafe

Bismillah..thanks to Allah..for giving me and my family the chance to be blessed with great food from this restaurant. My wife googled this place since this is not a planned trip to Taiping..we were greated with smile nd warm welcome from the girl at the cashier counter and the kitchen crew..we ordered the Big Family Platter, Mee Goreng Wan Tan Hor, and Koteow Goreng...not a single dish ordered fail to meet my expectations..all were on point..very tasty and filling..love the Wan Tan Hor..perfect combo with cili padi..the big family platter is a Must try here..the portion was very big for the priced paid..the biggest compliment from me for the girl attending us..she is the cashier, the waitress and all the food and drinks she recommended us were excellent..top notch..not expecting such a gem in Taiping..hope this restaurant will and be successful in the future..tq Greenhouse Cafe for having us..deeply honored and satisfied..kudos to the chef and the kitchen crew...

This place deserve 5 star. Nice decoration with clean and cozy environment. I just impressed by the taste of the food. Totally satisfying, come with big portion. Attractive arrangement of food on plate make it so tempting and looks as good as its tastes. Will definitely come again and recommend this place to others. Their staff are friendly and helpful.

Good place to eat while staying in Taiping.
Food is delicious and the family platter portion is nice for us.
Overall we feel happy having our dinner here.
Good to give a call before coming as the place is not that big.
You can also order first so we no need to wait long.

Nice and cosy place. But last time got so many choices for desert. Hoping in the next visit when all this Pandemic has over they will implement back like before. But yet still can order cakes for celebration. The food so nice, presentable and cake was delicious too, i was inform that the owner mother baked, such a talent and an advantage for Green House itself.

Went for some cold drinks in a hot day. Ordered the "lime and lemongrass" and chocolate peppermint cheesecake. Wow! The drink is nice, with plum and mint leaves too, and it's so refreshing. Must-try! And first time I seen peppermint cheesecake, I like it too. Must have the drink again before I leave Taiping.

The staff there are so kind, responsive and friendly. In the cafe itself, there are bunch of artificial tree decorations which make the cafe look calm and stylish. They serve both western and Malaysian food like fried noodles and chicken chop. You can choose your drink from variety of choices at a very reasonable price. Overall, this cafe is a very beautiful and good cafe due to it's affordable price and interior.

Best Ambience and great food. Truly recommend for food lovers. I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese and it was truly wonderful. The interior is cool and the service was acceptably fast

A humble café in Taiping. The fruit cake tasted heavenly and the lime and lemongrass drink I had was impeccable. Yummy!

Excellent place to fill up your empty stomach and great place to hangout with your family and friends.

The fish and chips is great! Crispy at the outside and moist inside. Salads are fresh too. The ambiance is nice. Pretty decoration inside. I hope more people will notice this place even the restaurant is small. Don’t worry, strategic parking spots are available.

The best carrot cake and scones in Taiping, easily. The ambience is peaceful and quiet enough for a chat but not too quiet as to be boring. The music selection too is classy like the place. The main menu includes hand made burgers. My sons swear by the Godzilla.

Fairly small eatery (but there is an event hall and mezzanine area for larger groups of people). When we were there (just before 2pm weekday) we got a table immediately. Staff friendly and helpful, food was tasty and good value.

I was in Taiping for three weeks, just the weekdays. And I went there for about 15 times. I didn't go there everyday, but there were days that I had my lunch AND dinner at Greenhouse Cafe. We basically made Greenhouse as our yardstick to compare each and every other eateries in Taiping. I would say that only Oasis, Yong Tau Foo, and Lian Thong could beat Greenhouse, simply because Greenhouse doesn't offer what these 3 places had to offer. Overall, it made Taiping felt like home.

Food is awesome. Best burger in Taiping in the 22 years I've lived here. Spaghetti is great too. Will be coming back here soon.

New cafe in town so decide to try it.its well made place n food as well.for me I go for spaghetti n Chicken chop but don't get wrong.its just bcoz I'm not trying the whole menu yet😂😂
