Very polite helpful and knowledgeable. The staff showed a true malaysian attitude. Its been long since I visited a gov office and im amazed by the service. Very fast as well. All counters are enough with staff and they even greet you good morning & thank you. Such a delightful experience. God bless you all

Went to KWSP Seberang Jaya with my sister on 7/8/2023 due to certain issue, after haven’t going for almost 5 years. Found out that the staff who provided service to us are very friendly, kind, patient, helpful with good manners, especially Cik Ezah. Would like to thank Cik Ezah and all the other staff once again.

Very impressed of the services and system, nowadays no required for long queue and everything can be done through online, very fast distribution and efficient, less hassle and less exposure in public, minimize the risks for everyone. Went to kwsp sbrg jaya 22 Jun 2023 at about 12.30pm... Staff at information counter and counter no.1 were very polite. Take me about 10 minutes, and everything is done.

Truly satisfied with the service of KWSP , only use about 5 minutes to open an account using the Self Service Kiosk . Staff also friendly and ready to help . A role model for all government agency.
