I would like to commend the excellent service provided me by bank officer Nadia of the Pontian Branch. I have an FD account with the bank which had matured and my intention was to transfer the full amount to my savings account to enable me to transact through online banking. I reside in Singapore and is not able to be present physically to present the FD certificate and make the transfer. I called HL Bank head office in KL and was told that a message will be left with the branch for them to call me. I was pleasantly surprised when Nadia called the following day as I did not expect the message to be followed on. Nadia proceeded to guide me through the whole process of withdrawer and transfer through video call and assisted in the transfer upon the completion of the process. During the several communications I had with her over the matter, she was both friendly and patience. She has indeed set an exemplary service standard for others to emulate.

Kami mengalami masalah setiap pagi atau malam ketika hendak memasuk kan duit di mesin atm...kerana hanya ada satu sahaja dan paling kerap berlakunya maintenance service pd mesin atm itu..mesin untuk memasuk kan atau mentransfer cash ke akaun...ini akan merumitkan lg masalah kepada pengguna tolong ambil pertingkatkn lagi mutu dan beri kerjasama agar dpt memuaskan hati pengguna..harap maaf dan harap maklum dibalas...
