Gloria Jean's Coffees

Never had I get bad coffee and pastries here. I love the sugar donuts and curry chicken donut(?). So fluffy and delicious 😭. I hope this coffee chain won't ever get crowded or viral. Just steadily growing. Uhuhuhu 😭

Set at a corner inside the Kedah Medical Center in Alor Setar this joint offers lots of desserts, savories and even meals like Mac & Cheese, Bolognese, Fetucinni and Lasagna. And they're all delicious at good prices. Great coffee too!

The coffee is nice, good, nyummy, delicious and delicate.

Convenient for those who were in KMC wanna have a quite grab of some snack and beverage!
Hazelnut Latte and Chicken Lasagna were good. Staff were friendly.
Might need to pay some attention on the cleanliness on the tables.

12/9/23, Tuesday, 8pm:
Ok.. as alternative for KMC workers and those that come to KMC for any reasons. Plenty of bread and pastries choices but quite limited cake choices.
Coffee choices are ok. I tried a few hot ones.. ok i guess but not the best for me. Servis quite fast considering only 2 workers at one time.

Their coffee does not disappoint, especially the latte is very 'kaw'. Pastries are OK, but the cakes are not that impressive considering the prices. Helpful and friendly staff. There are some cute tables to enjoy your food and drinks.

this is one of the coffee shops l often visit. better than coffee bean and almost same standard as San Francisco Coffee. however, the cakes are not the best choice if referred to the price. and i must mention the straw !!! Gloria Jeans should really change their straw !!! very delicate and frustrating to use. lastly, their customer service is emmm okay lah. not very humble. a few times happened to me when i was ordering something with some explanation, they put on a grumpy face. its okay to be grumpy sometimes. but most of the days? for me, customer service is very important especially if im purchasing a coffee to start my day or to get my day going. this review deserves 3 star, but since the coffee is delicious, here u go...
