Great for grocery shopping with variety of fast food options

Spacious and ample free parking space. Not crowded at all.Many varieties of food and household products to choose from at reasonable prices at promotion period. Make shopping here a wonderful experience.

I am a 2-3 times visitors in a week since shifted to Kuala Terengganu since Jan 2021 due to work. The hypermarket is clean & good set-ups. Please keep your current security guards. They are polite with good PR and helpful. Cashering lanes are excellent too.

It's a great mall. Very good alternative to Mydin located at side. Got Bank Islam on Level 2.

Great hypermarket with good prices and a lot of imported products.
I used to go there for canned beans and other stuff I couldn't find anywhere.
No alcohol sold here.
Got a bakery section.
At the entrance there are many small shops worth having a look

It's huge! Great variety, Pizza hut wait was about 45 minutes for take away.

Second big option for buying groceries in Kuala terengganu,I have been there 3 times,huge area,lots of kiosk,push carts,and lots of shops, plenty of restaurants,like pizza hut, chicken rice shop,KFC,uncle Jack fried chicken,and many more.big area of supermarket, which is full of things,shoes, clothes, vegetables, fruits, household, electronic, cosmetics and seafood.the prices are quite low,for some items, on going promotions almost every day, small play ground for kids, wheelchair accessible entrance and parking available,bank Islam and Maybank ATMs also located there,good place for one stop shopping.

Giant hypermarket is so best when I go in , I see many thing , the part I like is when my family buy candy , eye glasses and the part most I like is when my mom and dad buy whipped cream ok , bye , see you.

The amenities provided here is more than adequate to cater the needs of KT people. Price & products are good & reliable 👌

For me and my family, It is a better mall to shop around than it neighbouring Mall because of these reason.
1. Groceries are selling at cheaper prize which are sometime rm5 more cheaper for a product. Examples Nuttella.

2. It is less crowded during peek hour.

3. More parking

4. There is a wider choice of fast food restaurant in one place. KFC, CHICKEN RICE SHOP, AYAMAS, PIZZAHUT, BIG APPLES N "GIANT'S CAFE".

5. Playground is available but need to pay per entry. Not so sure about this but there is a playground on the 1st floor.

Nice place for shopping groceries. Quite plenty of food restaurant such as uncle jack, kfc, pizza hut, chicken rice shop, ayamas, big apple and other small fod kiosk like takoyaki, fruit stall, cake, famous amos, waffle, ice cream, kerepok cheese, sweets and many more. If you looking for gadget accessories, this is the right place to go. Here have some shops for you looking new phone, new accessory, repair the phone and many more. One of the must 1 stop centre you must go if you come to terengganu 😊

We came from Singapore to view the scenery of The Terengganu Drawbridge, by car on 23 Sep 2019.

On my final tour-day - 25 Sep 2019, my wife and I decided to spend some time at The Giant. After shopping and coming back to our car at about 1pm, we were shocked to see our car being hit by another, this car had also crashed onto another. The accident happened at about 12pm.

Luckily, Mr Muhamad Fahmi, the Complex Manager for The Giant Hypermart was on spot to assist.

We told him that we don't understand Bahasa Melayu and we were having communication problems with the culprit who caused the accident.

After taking down some limited information and photos-evidence, at about 2pm Mr Fahmi offered to lead us to the Traffic Police Headquarters for report making but was postponed in view of Traffic Police's server being down. We were told to come back at 6pm for the report making. Mr Fahmi came back to the Traffic Police Headquarters after his office hours to assist us as he understand that we had language problems and were not able to communicate with the police authorities.

The Traffic Police only completed our Accident Report at 8pm and we were not completed with a printed report as the Traffic Police report printing office was closed at 5pm. We were told to come back the next morning, 26 Sep 2019 the day we were also leaving Terengganu. Even then, that morning we faced a server down problem and had continue to wait for about another hour.

Overall, we were glad that there were such warm and superior assistance being provided by Mr Fahmi despite his Off-Duty Hours, even that he need to rush off for his personal appointment.

We Thank Mr Fahmi for his heartfelt commitments in customers' relations and send our congratulatory and good wishes to The Giant Hypermart at Terengganu, YOU HAVE A GREAT STAFF!!!!!

New parking lot.. Got many stores inside: Mi store, Roti boy, Tealive, and many more. Also got Maybank ATM and Bank Islam ATM.. For lunch, go for Rasa Mas, Kenny Rodger Roster..

Lots of shop & choices for food, attire,kids playground, beauty stuffs etc

Here got big apple, kfc, tealive, empire sushi, roti boy, ayamas, the chicken rice shop, pizza hut, uncle jack and so much more!
