I recently bought my new Sony WH-1000XM4 and Sony Float Run headphones in the Sony Centre, and I had a great experience there. I debated the XM4 and XM5 versions for a while before deciding on the XM4 because of their better comfort.

This store's employees were really welcoming and accommodating. In contrast to many other Sony stores where you could feel scrutinised upon arrival, they provided me with helpful advice and pointers to enable me to make the best decision. Their knowledge and friendly demeanour really made my shopping experience better.

In terms of overall experience, the store's atmosphere merits a flawless score. It's tidy, well-run, and has a friendly vibe that entices you to look into their product line more.

I rate this Sony Retail Centre five stars overall for their outstanding customer service and an additional five stars for their warm atmosphere. This is the only place to go if you're in Kuching and need top-notch service and high-quality Sony stuff!
