Service is fast. Procedure took less than 5 minutes. Unlike The Bangsar Jalan Maarof branch. Took 30 minutes and in the end was told cannot do. LMAO

I notice this particular bank rakyat outlet in a prime location pj state, very empty and almost like no customer. Once i wanted to open an fd acct, but the officer ask me fill one bundle of ridiculous forms which i gave up filling half way. So anyway I went to another bank rakyat outlet nearby pj and open an fd account, without filling so much forms. So at least now i know a little bit why this outlet is empty and quiet.

11months ago ,somone said a staff at number counter lack of soft skills , same thing happened today , but your management don't even want to look into it.
