I've had good experience from both the Sales and Service team here at Honda SAG Semenyih.

Bought my Honda City RS from SA called ''Mr Jonny'' on November 2022. Jonny was very welcoming and friendly. The whole process was super smooth from financial part to the delivery of car took just about 2 weeks.

Sent my car for some small warranty fix on 10th Feb 2023 and the service given by ''Mr Fizi'' from this outlet was very polite and up to satisfaction. He explained the process in detail and did all the inspection of my car with me professionally before releasing it to his team. At the end of the day, I got my car fixed and returned to me in good condition.

*Plus point : There was also some kuih and nasi lemak while waiting for your car to be serviced/fixed.

My fav service center so far. Superb customer service, i must say that all the staffs are very friendly and treat customers with so much respect. A bit frustrated that they do not serve nasi lemak/bihun goreng for breakfast anymore, just coffee from coffee machine and some biscuits, but i guess that maybe due to MCO period we are facing now. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and really hope they will continue providing morning customers breakfast as usual soon :)

Sending BRV for normal service and found driveshaft problem cost RM1700 to repair. I rejected n find elsewhere . SA said this is common problem for BRV.My car still consider new -problem arise after warranty end. 😌😕 ape ni!. Overall service is good as usual.

Serviced my old car. 100k+ mileage.
Service advisor -Miss Lily is attentive n helpful, recommended.
Environment is great.
Revisit =yes as long the Labour promo rate still on-going which is cheaper than third-party workshop.
Nasi lemak very plain(foc don't complaint lah) also only if u come for early morning service. Make appointment morning complement free unlimited breakfast.
ALWAYS check Wi-Fi condition b4 visit else if breakdown u see wall waiting nia. Thier whtsaap service is attentive so far.
Improvement : so far so good . Nil.

Excellent service. My wife and I got ourselves engaged to a this sales person by the name “Venn”. This guy was very helpful throughout, and very efficient. He knows his stuffs well, gives you clear advises that are important to any new buyer. The showroom is nice, and people around are also very warm. Keep up the good work Honda Semenyih!

Service is fast. I did not want optional items like engine flush and the service adviser removed those items as requested. Complimentary wash & vacuum for car, free drinks for customers.

Very comfortable place to do service. Got spacious prayer room, clean toilet and 2 separate space for lounge and watching tv. Staff was helpful and polite.

Comfortable, fast and most important, no up-selling with extra recommendations. 9:30 am appointment and my car was ready by 10:20 am. (Hope all the Honda recommended checking was done).
