The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and offering expert advice. The craftsmanship of the carpets is truly outstanding. I have nothing but high praise for Arshad Carpets. They have some of the finest hand knotted Persian rugs in Malaysia, including bespoke ones. The showroom is really large and spacious with a lot of natural light, which is very helpful when choosing a suitable rug.
Rizwan, the owner, is very knowledgeable, friendly and polite to work with. He takes his time to answer any questions you may have on the carpet, including history, type of fabric , dyes used, etc. He also provides a complimentary home viewing service if you are unable to decide on a suitable rug for your space.

Such a pleasant experience to deal with Rizwan of Arshad’s Carpets . Firstly, he has an amazing selection of carpets and is very knowledgeable about each item. Secondly, he deals with the customer promptly and is completely true to his word: for me even more important than the carpets. He doesn’t leave you waiting for a reply or a delivery date. He gives me confidence and satisfaction to purchase from him. I would recommend him highly to my family, friends and anybody else for that matter.

After consulting several carpet shops, I found Ridzwan from Arshad Carpets to be the best in terms of professionalism and advice. He was excellent at providing evaluation on my carpets and very accomodating. He provided cleaning and repair of a persian silk signature carpet that was very well done. I have sent 5 more carpets for cleaning and repairs. I feel it is worth it at reasonable charges as the carpets are expensive. He is pleasant and very helpful to take away old carpets and also I am extremely pleased with his trade in services.

Great customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend buying your carpet from this company. Owner watched and listened to the type of rug I was liking and found me what I wanted. I was told that carpet can be delivered to your home for you to see how it looks on your flooring before you decide to buy it. Truly happy with my choice!
