Wen to change my tariff and their office 1st floor is undergoing renovation(completing Feb 2024). Despite that, being in a temporary office set under the hot sun, the staffs were extremely polite and friendly. Both were all smile and patient dealing with customers. Mr Haqikin(not sure whether spelling is correct) was extremely helpful. Thumbs up. Keep up the good work TNB, staffs like this make a huge difference to the organization.

I mistakenly left my Identity Card at the counter. She took the effort to call me and wait for me to collect back the IC even though it is over her working hour.

She kept my IC nicely in the nice green packet ❤

New renovated branch with well cleanliness. Want to praise the staff Fahmi, efficient and professional.

Fast application for change of ownership less than 15min. If you go Air Selangor for the same thing, it take 2 hours.

Very good service all round. Would suggest making an appointment online first. The security guard manning the entry process will verify against the daily printed list and provide you with a number tag.
The lady in blue uniform at the entrance counter is very helpful and friendly. She would be able to guide you on the required process or forms.
After that, as I was waiting for my counter number, another lady in blue uniform proactively offered to help me at a side desk computer.
I was pleasantly surprised with the positive and proactive attitude from the TNB staffs. Kudos and well done!

pergi few TNB, rupanya kena datang Kedai Tenaga. I spend 20min find parking, very hard to get. I try double park and go in ask. The counter guy very helpful and explain to me what form to fill up. He said dont worry i will inform u if i blocked people car out. Maybe can add 1 counter for people who have a lot of enquiries so less waiting time. Counter 4 ladies very king and helpful. TQVM. all done in 15min change name and payment.

Mira is super helpful and kind. I did not prepared the required docs , she has patiently guide me on the right process and we got it done in a couple of hours ! 5 star service

Walk in to TNB customer service for change tenancy owner and staff at Customer Service counter really helpful. Actually it just can do in online but since i have walk in, staff is helping me to do by online. and settle just within 5-10mins only. I forgot to ask her name but really thank you.

Arrive at 9.07am and I was done by 9.45am. Fast and efficient for me. It took long was because of me filling up the form - I need some time. Came on a Tuesday. My business with TNB today was New home owner register for new meter. Make sure to bring your SNP and photocopy of IC here and it will be faster. Actually, they can photostat for you - they thought I didn't bring. So, they photostat for me but better be safe than sorry. I dealt with customer service officer Arshad - very friendly and nice. Can pay by cash or card for the deposit RM500. Again, didn't want to take any chances, I brought cash with me.

We photostat at shop around the area which only open at 9am.

I was there recently to change my TNB bill from my Dad(deceased) to my name. The actual change of name took only about 15 minutes including filing of required forms and proof of my residence via others utilities bills like assessment bill. The staff was very helpful and help me with forms while I was queuing up for my number.

The surprise comes when I submitted the forms for the refund of the my Dad's deposit to my bank account. I was told that refund will take 1 month but within 1 week the balance of the deposit was credited to my bank account. It was really a painless process. Syabas TNB.. Great job and a big TQ.

I'm very impressed with the service and follow up from TNB staff. After the meter is installed and will call for confirmation.

Yes it is so easy to put in the machine and trace your account number and name and balance amount, then you can place in credit /debit card and cash in the machine was done it quickly

Came to disconnect power supply. Went in at 2pm. Settled in 15 min. Did not have to wait long. Just one person in front of me.

Highly recommended to go this branch if you need to settle any TNB stuffs, I went through Google review of few branchs before heading here. Indeed it is not disappointing me. Superb service to Ms Miza👍! Thank you.

Staff was very helpful and attentive, kudos. But the premise IS NOT at Wisma TNB PJ. Kedai Tenaga PJ and WISMA TNB PJ are nearby but not at the same building.

Look for Pizza Hut PJ New Town. Kedai Tenaga PJ is on the other corner, same row.

Called, Very good service malay girl n especially faizal, at least gave me some solutions, I called subang n no one cares

Staff & guards are friendly and helpful. They’re also very patient & respectful with the many elderly customers that they serve. Keep it up, TNB.
