I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional care and expertise provided by Ms Batma during my shoulder injury recovery. Their guidance, support, and personalized treatment plan have been instrumental in my healing journey. I highly appreciate their dedication and professionalism.

Sent my dad for rehab sessions after a mild stroke attack. He attended the physio sessions twice a week for 3 months and we can see improvements in the later sessions compared to the first few sessions. The therapist was extremely professional and consistent throughout the whole process from the evaluation, to the weekly sessions and follow ups.
Prior to starting the sessions, they would first require the patient to undergo an evaluation to assess the extend of effects of the stroke to ensure a proper and suitable treatment is exercised during the sessions. That, I think is one of the few things that helped in the speedy recovery of my dad’s condition. Their sessions are typically around 45 mins, and during the sessions, you can see that the therapists are also quite friendly as they engage in conversations with my dad and their own other patients, so that it’s not just entirely done in complete silence. This, I think is also somewhat helpful as therapists would then get to know patients better, and be able to teach/incorporate exercises which my dad can practice on his own at home on days where he does not have sessions. They also sent me reminders a day before each session, so that’s dedication right there too!
Overall, Alpro is highly recommended as their service was indeed satisfactory.
Prior to the evaluation, we were actually thinking of requesting for house calls for convenience, however they advised us to bring my dad to the centre instead since his mobility is not seriously affected. Besides, there are also more variety of equipments at the centre which he can use compared to house call equipments, so you can see that they will not only try to accommodate to the patient’s needs, they would also advice accordingly depending on one’s circumstances.
All in all, would like to thank Ms Najihah for helping my dad get better in terms of his mobility and confidence to move around independently 👍🏻🙏🏻

The treatment is beneficial and worth the value of money paid. The therapist (Ms Padma) is helpful and can explain well about the treatment. The premise is also convenience. The only issue faced is only parking since three of the appointments were on Sunday.

Miss Bathma has treated me for 5 sessions of physical therapy for pain. She is very patience lady who taught me a lot of different exercises to ease my problem. I will recommend her to my friends who has the same problem with joint or muscle problem

Alpro staff are professional and friendly. Physiotherapist Ms Najihah was very clear in her explanation to my father in law about what caused his leg pain, provided a good physio session and suggested several useful stretching exercises that can be done at home. Fees are reasonable. We will definitely recommend Alpro to friends.

This place is not a 5 star luxury spa with pretty girls, scented towels or appointed interiors. It is more of a sports clinic physiotherapy/massage provided by the visually challenged. They are well trained and can speak basic English. They will tell you when to change position, to face up or down or sit up

The center has female masseuses so ladies can request for one if they are not comfortable being touched by a male

For me, this place helped me recover from aches and pains. I have tried chiropractors, osteopaths, ibuprofen and thousands of drugs and unsuccessful exercises and when I first tried Alprophysio I was relieved from many of my pains since the very beginning

Best service provided here by CPT Najihah. Really recommend this centre to everyone. Now I knew how to self exercise and self rehabilitation my Ligament Tear problem.

Best immediate remedy for pain! Highly recommended! Visited many TCMs but only made pain worse. Always ended coming back to ALPRO Physio for permanent relief. The staff are trained to assess your pain and pinpoint the correct muscle before treatment. Other physios i have been to dont provide this level of personalized TLC!
