I'm sorry but I need to complain too !
Yesterday I came to get treatment and medicine with Dr **g *** ***t. Today I came back to consult and want to explain to him again because I had problems after taking the medicine given yesterday, but today I consulted with another Dr on duty which is Dr B** ** *i. She treated me unfriendly and spoke annoyingly towards me and she thought it was just an excuse to get mc letter and without first asking how i was. She said their clinic could not provide treatment and can't do anything about my health problems and kept asking me to refer the hospital for further treatment. It's okay, I understand that. U Care Clinic may not have the special equipment and skills to treat my health problems. However, what makes me feel a bit disappointed and spoil my mood is that as a Dr you should speak well, there is no need to speak rudely and annoyingly with the patient. I hope that after this U Care Clinic can train your doctor to respect and talk well with patients. We too humans have hearts and feelings not animals. We pay to get treatment not come get free treatment ! Maybe this is the last time I come to get treatment at this clinic ! . Oops! I almost forgot.. I think the clinic can upgrade the patient's seat waiting for treatment because it is not comfortable to sit and lean anymore because of its design.

Male doctor not friendly and rude ! When i describe my sickness , he only able to said those are excuses. Excuse me? I go to get consultation and treatment not your bad attitude and i even paid for the service and medicine ! Just upgrade your service included front desk. Not even mention the price and get the answer only when i asked just bcos the claim under my company. Never once my life i ever treat with such a doctor or that kind of environment. Clinic not even clean either door or floor not mention the chair ughh. Not professional at all !! Nope. I will not coming to this kind of clinic again.

Felt very disappointed during my last visit as the doctor in service didn't really prescribe the right medicine according to my illness.
