Worst customer service, select option for English walking in Malay, like you guys serious? All the Malays don't know English isit? When a customer selected English to talk, which means the customer service officer too must talk in English, I was talking a guy hanging up on me, plus another Malay women asking me unnecessary questions, how long you're staying at in the house and all. What's going on?

Everything is in manual system.their system always down as well.there is no e-banking at this moment. This bank is not recommended for workers to put their money due to the working procedure takes long time and you will definitely burn you lunch time and yet delay for hours. Weekend is close and when your off from your work..the bank closed.

The waiting time is absolutely unacceptable. They have 4 counters but only 2 officers/tellers working. Had to wait for over 1 hour just to do a transaction or open an account.
