The restaurant manager, Nur Akmal, is very helpful and has a great smile. I never realized that McDonald's has such nice service and a warm smile. #McDonald's

Now looks like they going full force with their coffee menu offering items like coconut iced coffee

The branch manager or staff (wear grey colour shirt, male) is very nice, he gave us new cup of coke after saw us accidentally pour it due to table too small.

Food is super nice too, fries is super heated!!!

Nice place to grab some bite right after landing on arrival. Have nice decoration and interior also clean toilets. Variety of foodies and can give you calm down. The staff also friendly and helpful.

This is a quite modern and upgraded outlet in terms of ordering and getting your orders.

Plus after ordering and payung thru the self service terminals provided, you can just go to your table and wait for your food to come.

For my order today the whole process or ordering and getting my foods delivered took less than 10 mins.

Customer service is great too. There is always someone nearby to guide amd usher the customers.

I am impressed.

Here to charge my BYD Atto 3 while waiting for flight arrival. Although it is raining still managed to have peaceful dinner and let the car charge. The charging is quite fast. A 45kW station and able to charge 43.6kW, only 3% energy lost.

Love the order from your table option. It's much faster than trying to work the kiosk. This McD is always crowded no matter the time.

Big space for dining , lots of car park. The new protocol during Pandemic has friendlier service compared to pre.

I accidentally left my phone after my meal on the 2nd April 2023 around 9pm. One of the staff had helped to keep it safe till I arrived to retrieve it back! He even kindly request me to key-in my screen lock before passing it back to ensure it belongs to me. Kudos team for your honesty and accountability to keep your customer’s item secure. Didn’t manage to get his name, as i was in a rush. But I’m deeply grateful to be able to get my phone back. I hope the management could keep staffs like this. Thank you once again. 🤘🏽❤

Fast drive thru during lunch hour

It's located very near to airport KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. Order our meal and within 3 minutes we collected. Friendly staffs. Overall 5 star. Thank you for good service.

All okey. Get what i want to order and fast. We regularly eat at this place everytime my fiancee going to outstation

No comment on the food as we know how it is.
But i like the staffs, fast action & polite!

Those who have little patience or could not wait for the long queue, avoid this drive-thru.

Overall, the food is OK la, you can stop at Petronas to refuel your car or go inside the mcD to have your meal anytime of the day.

Beneficial for locals and tourists who are feeling hungry and have just arrived or touched down from a long/short journey flight.
