Clean n hv good sofa to sit while waiting for takeaways

I am a regular customer since their days in Samariang. I recently went to their booth at Gawai Bazaar. Came around 340pm but the staff told me the donuts weren't ready yet. I politely asked how long I should wait then he answered "sik tauk". He could've given me a timeline because I didn't mind waiting but because of that attitude I just went off. Your donuts are amazing but pls give better service to your customers.

Been to brobites metrocity few days ago, the food so good I would recommend it to everyone who never tried. But unfortunately the worker (cashier) attitude was veryyyyy unwelcome & bad. Even if the food was good if the worker attitude still maintaining low no one will repeat buying,

I am a regular customer at bro bites and i bought the pancakes today. The staff told me they changed the box to smaller box since the big box is out of stock. Understandable but what i didnt expect was the pancakes is smaller than before, it is not fluffy anymore and it doesnt taste the same. I hope you can improve on this as i love your cafe but this is not something i would expect to encounter. Nevertheless, the customer service was good. Please give back the thickness and fluffiness

Donut dah sik crispy. Dolok beli rah sukma, nya masak on the spot, dapat panas2 crispy agik. Nak tok rasa kdk dah lamak gilak simpan, rasa kering, susah nak telan

8.55pm lampu OPEN dkt luar masih on, tp bila dtg, dah sikmok amik order agik.Sepatutnya mun sikmok amik order, tutup lampu open ya. Atau tuka operating hours, tutup 8.30pm.
