The staff in RHB bank are very friendly and helpful. I came to the bank last week and madam Roxie served me very well. She paid special attention in helping what I needed to do at the bank. She was efficient, diligent and knew her job very well. I am very impressed by her attitudes towards work .

Seem like it is a bit difficult to call the RHB branch directly. Tried the KL number but never get to the point of service. Had a wonderful “merry go round” service on the line but never get to speak to a human when selected “Speak to operator”.

Would appreciate a call that can reach a LIVE human for service.
