The staffs are very efficient and the service was good. I was kinda lost and i go through the front service counter and asked the lady staff about the matter, she checked the availability of the person in charge and informed me to come back after breakfast. I have done my settlement very quickly and smooth procedure. The staff are very helpful.

Convenient location. Altho not all staff are friendly, they're all professional. Waaaaay better than the branch at wisma satok. Knowledgable staff; Except for that 1 dude who doesn't really know the details of what the loan will impact. But i don't see him anymore. So that's fine.

I give 5 stars to Connie and 1 star to Ong. When you deal with them, make sure they explain to you what’s your right. Especially when you want to open Current Account for your business. My case, the one who is not Connie always look in rush and no time to entertain you. But kuddos to Connie who’s very very kind and cool and beautiful. And that person will ask the extract of business registration that valids in two weeks. If u go to Satok, it must be within 1 month. I think it depends on the staff who’re dealing with..

Hello and good morning .I REQUEST deeply from my heart ..STAFF CIMB JALAN KHOO please alert on customer Yang make call to your bank for your service ...what I mean here is ..not everyone can speak English fluently or broken English ..WE KNOW ALL UR STAFF CAN SPEAK FLUENTLY ENGLISH but customer first right...bila Ada situasi Cust Yang bagi salam then mtk maaf sebb dia tau staff Yg jawab call tok Tek not Muslim ..then terkebil kebil bila dgr Ur STAFF TERUS SPEAK ENGLISH..I KNOW UR staff already see the situation on how Ur customer terkebil kebil bila mok tnyak soalan dekt Ur staff tp can't you read the situation???..so please la alert pakai Bahasa Yang Cust you paham ...jangan terus ngeso directly ckp Bahasa English..incase Ur staff on that bank Yg jawab call ya Tek X pndey kaka melayu Sarawak ..BAHASA MALAYSIA KAN ADA🤷..OR JUST PASS THE CALL TO ANY STAFF in that bank on that time WHO CAN SPEAK MALAY SARAWAK FLUENTLY KAN..tipu la kat bank ya xda org Sarawak??? I went there to open an additional savings account and within a week I received three credit cards in the mail. I asked them why this happened, they just told me to call customer service, who told me that whatever forms I had signed to open the savings account had included application for three credit cards. I guess it was stupid of me to trust the staff implicitly and sign without reading, but I never received this treatment at any other CIMB throughout Kuching. The cards were ultimately harmless, but I won't trust them again with my signature or information.
