Worst bank location -
1) without sufficient parking
2) very few branches available and most of branches at the area that is inconvenience.
3) services - not all services available and sometime need a long wait.

Suggest if you want to use this bank, prepare early, avoid peak hours. All the best for those who use this bank.

Very bad customer service. Does not provide information regarding saving account. Every trip needs to add in another proof that you are legal. When ask to provide a list of documents that I essentially need to open an account - received backlash and disapproving stares at it was some uncalled for question. Will never return or choose ocbc as a bank
