Long wait due to large number of patients with appointments. Not enough seating. Depending on what you came for, the time spent can be half a day at least.
Service is good albeit slow. Nurses are kind and considerate. Doctors have to see many patients even through the lunch hour. This clinic definitely needs a larger place, more nurses, doctors and support staff.

Kuching General Hospital supposed to have high efficiency and provide the best service for the citizen. However, the condition here like: Long queue... Extremely slow....No air conditioning....Please forgive me, if I said that the patients are exhausted to wait for their turn not because of their sickness (😴😴😴😴).

Please improve the facility for the Malaysian. This is what the people need in daily life. Urge that the government officer can ***turun padang*** and experience as a patient waiting here. If you want to make Malaysia to advance and to compete with other ASEAN countries and even ASIA countries, don't just sit in the office and dreaming & planning without personal experiences and society experiences, multicultural experiences. THIS DOESN'T WORK...It's time to wake up, Malaysia.

Actually quite sad to see the circumstances.....

*Suggestions for the hospital: comfortable environment is important for patients to wait patiently without giving up hope, install air conditioning, set up the mini library, WIFI hotspot, set up more chairs and also TV programme. Do everything from whole heart, with whole heart. You can do it, JIA YOU!!!!
