Riverside Majestic Hotel Puteri Wing, Kuching, Sarawak.

A very nice hotel. Spacious room, very nice clean interior and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is also a good plus plus. Lots of great food nearby and facilities too. Had our question and inquiries answered by receptionist margaret on our arrival. she was helpful and very friendly.

Nice place and nice to stay.but little slow front desk staff to handle check in and out.long time wait to enter the room.but food and beverage service very good.and also cleanliness.

Located at the center of the Kuching's 'golden triangle'. Eventhou this is not a new hotel, but they have totally upgraded and refurbished the rooms and the hotel lobby. I have not enter the room yet, but from the look of its lobby, you can guess how their rooms will look like...

Rooms are spacious. Very nice. Located near to waterfront.

Comfort ambient. Strategic location. Breakfast is good, plenty choices. Should be in list for staying when in Kuching

Hotel aesthetics as its name suggest - majestic. Friendly staff, air con and shower were accurate to the temperature I adjusted to, room service was also good.

Very strategic location and very close to waterfront.

This hotel looks quite old from the outside but inside there, it is quite well maintained and the view from our room was stunning. The breakfast was good with many choices. It is the best value for money in this area. Our colleagues went to the Hilton for three times the price. The breakfast was similar and the rooms really seamed old and falling appart.

Strategic location. The room design is nothing special, but clean and comfortable enough. Worth the price. Kids friendly. Got bathtub in my room, which made my kids very happy. Hotel service and room service not bad.

Really comfy place, but the best thing is their room services. No request unanswered for me... And nothing is done without prior notice or notification. Really made me feel welcomed... For a decent price too (I'm used to budget hotels and the price here is honestly not too far from it).

I stayed in the old building, and honestly it's not bad at all. It's quite cozy with everything you could ask for, and you can ask for more (change pillow and such). Had three nice nights.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Staff are friendly, helpful and exceptional. Our room, the apartment suite, is great and executive lounge which we are entitled to access FOC is just fantastic. Prices, I understand is a bit slightly on the high side, but well worth every cent.
Buffet breakfast...ahhhhh...so so for my standard. Still have to eat coz it is part of the package of staying in a suite.

Hotel room is a bit old but well maintained. The plus point is they have very helpful and friendly staff at ALL departments. Parking is now free for hotel guests. Breakfast is good for the price paid. This is really a value for money packag

I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I visit Kuching again. The room was very spacious and super comfy, it was a very relaxing night spent. I love the comfy bed and various types of pillows, the beautiful river view scenery, and the instrumental music on. It was really a relaxing moment for me just to be in the room and rest after a hectic and busy week. Definitely, a night that is worth spending.

however, the bathroom was quite dirty and old. I wished that the management would do something to improve the bathroom condition. The bathroom door were rather old and the bathroom door handle was quite uncomfortable for me to hold it and it took me several attempts to close the bathroom door tight. the bathtub was quite dirty maybe due to mold and some of the carpets have molds/stains too. please consider to change the carpets.

Nevertheless, it was still a wonderful and relaxing experience and riverside majestic hotel is still my number 1 choice when I visit Kuching again.

It's a really nice hotel with proper facilities and the best part is it's right in the middle of the Kuching city. It's the closest to everything. The view is spectacular. The service is good. Very friendly and the rooms are spacy luxurious. More over u get a cost feeling in the rooms. The interior design is pretty good. The price is really cheap if u book early. But the breakfast buffet is expensive I would suggest to try some local cuisine nearby for way cheaper price. Overall it's a good place I would definitely come to this place again.

Being searching on Astana Wing but not found it on the map. So i review this on the Riverside Majestic Hotel map.

Spending a night to Astana Wing - Riverside Majestic Hotel (new soft opening since a week ago, said by the receptionist). So I may lucky to test the new wing building with all new room and stuff.

Very spacious, relaxing and comfort room.
Nice view if you choose to view the river or water front. Unfortunately I got only city view room. 😁

Very clean of room (of course it's new).
But cleaning workers need to pay attention on the detail cleans (such as the wardrobe's hanger...upper side of the hanger pipe have a lot of dust causing 1 of my cloth have the dust on it).

I am sure it will be better when they are Grand Opening.

Spacious room and clean toilet. Located in front of Sarawak River (by their name of course) and if you got lucky as mine, your view will be the river and Sarawak State Legislative Assembly. Plenty of shops around and Kek Lapis stores within a walking distance.

I personally love the river view rooms. The view is gorgeous, especially in the evening. And also, the fully functional fitness center. And, the hotel is right in the middle of the city! Next to it is a shopping mall. And just crossing the road, there's the famous Kuching Waterfront where you can stroll along the Sarawak River.

Suasana on 18.. that place i give 5 stars. The Chef very nice and will greet you personally plus complimentary dessert some more. The Chef is young so it’s kinda not boring menu and way of cooking is still professional. The view from up there, you will feel you can catch the moon. The staff all very polite. I like the cheese oyster the most! Book before you go, it’s always full house. I once met with Abg Jo Openg there once. The prices still okay even though it’s fine dining.
