Very satisfied with the service by staff today. Husband Was looking for a good badminton shoes, and his size btwn 11-12 (yea big foot), and the staff patient enough to bring so many shoes for him to try on. Staff even answers all my husband's questions regarding da shoes (husb pretty particular when it comes to badminton stuff). We really like the helpful staff & he doesnt downgrade us when we ask discounts & promotions etc. Spacious place, easy to try shoes on. I even get to feed my baby and bring stroller in store. Thanks so much adik staff for helping my husband buy this badminton shoes! (We been to 4 stores already, thanks for making him really satisfied & finally purchase one! Hhahahah)

Went there twice in the space of 2 days because I was deciding on my new running shoes.
1st day was attended by a lady staff in Hijab who were kind enough to allow me to try on the Nova 2 and explain the promos. Told her I’ll come back the next few days to decide.

2nd day, without doubt I came again as I decided Novablast 2 will be my newest kicks. Bought it without much hassle.

Only hope they’ll install a treadmill for runners to try on, but overall great service by the staff. They certainly #makeasicsgreatagain #MAGA

Big store at pavillion and they have various designs. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They managed to get me the size i wanted even stock are very low.

I visit this store on 27 June 2022. I was attend by chinese lady, im looking for badminton & running shoes. Im wearing Asics Kinsei-6 and really comfortable with it and the salesperson understanding what im looking for. i can say she very knowledgeable in Asics product lines. she can explain very details and attend me for 1 hour. even tough what i want not available in their store, she manage to booked on other Asics store for me. Kudos to this chinese lady, she not selling a shoes, she selling a value.

This is THE place for Asics shoes in Malaysia. Staffs were friendly and knowledgable about the shoe designs and features. Always helpful to give pointers to guide you to find your best pair. They even provide a treadmill to have a feel of it to make sure you go out of the store with utmost satisfaction.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff. The staff gave so much time and effort to identify the correct shoes for my feet. He made me try 6 pairs of the shoes that I liked and not only he made sure that I was satisfied with the choice but he also made sure that it was the correct size for my feet. I recommend this shop for anyone looking for a running shoes and some guidance.

Thanks to the promoter, chinese lady. She's very good at giving opinion about which running shoe is suitable for me. She even let me try the shoe on the treadmil to see whether the shoe is comfortable or not. Daebak! Will come and visit here again next time to buy my running essential 💪🏼🏃🏻‍♀

One of the 2 ASICS stores in Malaysia that has a scanner to build 3D model of your feet for analysis of your foot type, and a running machine to test out the shoes. Staff was very friendly and decent enough to allow me and my eife to both scan our feet despite there being a constant crowd in the store.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to select their running shoes scientifically.
