I give it a shot and sent to this shop because im so desperate for the data inside my phone. Surprisingly i was told that my phone can be repair and they took 3 hours only to fix it.

My ipad is motherboard problem and now had been fixed by replaced to new motherboard and new battery. Now works like a charm again!
