FamilyMart Damansara Uptown 3

Couldn't resist a bowl of good ol oden. Adding to the good food, the store employees are friendly and efficient. However, parking can be difficult day and night as it is located in at a busy area. There are a few other Family Marts located within walking distance.

Went to pickup quick breakfast on 14 Nov 2023 morning around 8am. Front counter attendant is polite and service with smile. Patiently explain how to use FM voucher in TnG and not forgetting to also promote FM's app and voucher. Didn't manage to get his name, but store/branch manager if you see this review, check the rooster, give him a raise!! =). Such team member is a gem to the company~~ Good job!!

Patron this outlet occasionally but on each visit, SUPERB customer service by the staffs, they are brainy guys, never failed to go extra miles for customers!

Welcoming Checkout counter staff and never rush customer eventho it's long queue 🤩😍

I have been here several times just to take away milkshake or ice-cream. I prefer to enjoy what I bought in the car so I have no issues about the service or the neatness of the place. Besides, this is not a restaurant, so they don't spare ample eating space, instead there're just a few chairs and tables. I think the price is still reasonable.

Fruit sandwich was good. Less crowd here but still the cashier was quite slow. The sausages was not great. Too salty and taste weird. Mynews sausages better taste.

Only 2 tables available for customer. But always occupied by students. Customer have to seat outside of the corrider to have the oden or ice cream. The original soup of oden is too salty, the staff who prepare it should taste the soup always to ensure the taste quality.

I suggest the management review again the training for the staff; the lady staff I was greeted with doesn't know how to answer customers politely, and continuously used "ha?!" when replying (not only to me, but to all the customers when I was there).

Look around and you'll also see the shop is poorly maintained. The shop feels dimly lit and the dust on the aircond filter is horrendous.

I recommend you to look for other branches of you'd like a better experience.

Expensive items. Not value for money. Ready to eat food are not great. Japanese snacks was okay. Melon ice cream not bad.

This outlet has been inconsistent in the operation time, stated to be 8am daily but several times after 830am still not operating.

I went to this outlet three days straight. Two days straight I saw only one staff, (of course slow service) and yesterday I am about to purchase an expired onigiri 😂 so lucky they checked the date ☠ they didn’t take it out from the aisle.

But today I saw, two staffs, but still slow as hell. One staff at the cashier kinda rude, yeah, memang biadap.

They made drinks wrong, as I order the drinks in many other outlets, they don’t make the drink that way, but here, they made my drink without following SOP.

Earlier I placed order on Foodpanda by self pickup but when I went out to pick it up they cancelled my order. I had to go direct to their store and I saw that they’re not so busy pun but why the hell they need cancelled my order? Don’t open the marketplace if you’re too lazy to do the orders. Bukannya ada satu staff jer, dua staff harini kot.

I work in f&b line as a chef, and as service too, they need training on food handling and on customer etiquette!
