Visited the 7-Eleven on Jalan Setia 3, and it was a great experience. The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. I appreciated the friendly staff who were quick to assist with my needs. Sometimes they don’t have small change, so after lining up long, you might not be able to buy anything at the end ...

They don’t accept debit or credit cards, so if you don’t have cash, do not even enter... so, why would it be called a convenient store while it’s not even convenient at all?

The manager there is a steller she stole us our bag when we told them to give us our bag or just see the camera she said no she start insulte

Disgusting stuff

When u come, need bring the change by yourself.
They don’t sell anything if u use the RM100 notes. The reason is no change.

The cashier double charged me. I paid with credit card, and even though the machine stated approved, he said it is not. So I had to pay with cash. When I checked my online bank, the transaction was successful. Be careful, the cashier probably wanted to pocket the cash for himself. Who knows!

Tried to short change

I tried to pay for Lazada online shopping the amount of 1940RM, so I gave the seller 2000RM, but he tried to defraud me by refunding me only 10RM, although I counted the total in front of him and he also counted it twice!
After I confronted him that I came directly from the Shangri-la Hotel (Just across from him, I didn't go anywhere else) and that I was sure I was carrying 2600RM because I only had 600RM left.
With all this, he refused to return the rest: 50RM.
So I threatened him that I would go to the police to make a report and they'll check the surveillance camera.
Immediately after that, he gave me the rest of the money.

I strongly recommend not dealing with this seller !!!!????

حاولت دفع مبلغ 1940 رينغيت ماليزي عن طرق 7-Eleven مقابل شراء Lazada عبر الإنترنت ، لذلك أعطيت البائع 2000 رينغيت ماليزي ، لكنه حاول الاحتيال علي برد 10 رينغيت ماليزي فقط ، على الرغم من أنني أحصيت المبلغ الإجمالي أمامه وقام أيضًا بحسابه مرتين!
بعد أن واجهته أنني أتيت مباشرة من فندق Shangri-la (مقابله مباشرة ، لم أذهب إلى أي مكان آخر) وأنني كنت متأكدًا من أنني كنت أحمل 2600 رينغيت ماليزي لأنه بقيت 600 رينغيت ماليزي فقط.
مع كل هذا ، رفض إعادة الباقي: 50 رينغيت ماليزي.
لذلك هددته بأنني سأذهب إلى الشرطة لتقديم بلاغ وسيقومون بفحص كاميرا المراقبة.
بعد ذلك مباشرة ، أعطاني بقية المال.
