Epe Mangroves

Different kinds of fish,crocodile,snail,big prawns and many more are sold in the EPE mangrove market it is a good place to visit

Epe Mangroves is one of the hidden gems in Lagos state. Located in Epe Town, some kilometers away from the city of Lagos, the mangroves is a serene environment to enjoy and connect with nature. A canoe ride on the water takes about 30-45 minutes (return trip) and you will get to soak in all the beauties of this place.
If nature is what interests you, then you should take a trip to this place.
Having been to the mangroves over 7 times, I still can’t get enough of this natural attraction.

PS: it’s a wonderful scenery here so don’t forget to take your camera along with you.

It's a no for me

Great experience, beautiful nature. Nice meeting also the locals and seeing how they prepare cassava flour. Too bad to see so much trash everywhere…

The canoe ride is calming and relaxing.
That’s all the experience you will get from the package though.

Had an awesome time canoeing through the mangroves . The coolness here is second to none, the breeze as well. There are no crocodile in the water and at some point (the tour guide will tell you), you can get into the water just to have a feel of the coolness.

Had the best time. Also interacted with the locals. Worth the visit ❤

It was worth visiting but was below my expectations. There's little or nothing to do than go on the canoe ride through the"mangroves" and back. On my trip I didn't see any animal and that was a dent on the experience for me.
