Very nice and neat work

I ordered sandals and slippers and if I'm being honest, her slippers were good but the sandals were horrible. I had to return, yet nothing could be done to fix them. Customer service was so poor, she barely communicated and didn't seem apologetic. It was an excruciating experience for me. Would recommend if you nee slippers and, you have longgggggg patience. Hopefully, she improves. I was disappointed overall.
