I enjoyed my stay in the place and their customer service is wow.

The place is OK,but the price of the rooms are not worth it

GOOD SIDE:
-Has a good reputation and goodwill; if you ask anyone where to lodge in Kokona, that's, most likely, the first name you'll hear

-Budget lodging; N3500, last I checked

- Close to the road but not too close, allowing you a good night rest without noise of cars cruising the highways

-Fine structures, built to be a cool place

-Turn on Generator for guests at night

BAD SIDE:

-A lot of the facilities seem neglected, needs active maintenance and repairs e.g the bathroom floor was heavily cracked and gives the feel that it could open and one would fall inside.

-Management seem passive, need to be more active

-Need to improve on cleanliness - the bedsheet seemed to smell

-Quality of the bed not encouraging but manageable

By main looking at the photo of the place we will made to understand that the place is okay. Because, they provide a lot of services to the people and the environment Is always clean.

No good plan for the place. Staff are good. No steady power supply

It's not bad, but they need to improve in their services.

A simple yet accommodating guest house

Very bad place with bed bugs ,I suffered that night ,bite all over my body ,
Toilet is very bad , blanket smells awful.
I had to sleep in the reception that night I left the room but before I will know that it was bed bugs I was bitten all over my body for a whole month I didn't recover with itches all over .

It's a nice place for the right price.
