Zeer slechte service en afhandeling. We hebben 1,5 jaar gewacht totdat de keuken afgemonteerd was. We hebben hier zelf constant achteraan moeten bellen. BOPA beloofde van alles, maar liet het telkens op zich wachten.
Tevens bleek dat er een verkeerde afzuigkap was besteld, vervolgens geleverd en geplaatst is.
