Today I went to Kathmandu and I am very happy with my new pair of boots! I received excellent service, and professional help choosing the right pair. The sales person knew their products very well and was open to discuss. He really focused on showing me multiple pairs of boots that were suitable for me and the reason I want them rather then pushing a brand or a higher price range. Thank you!

Wide range of outdoor clothing and accessories. The staff were very helpful when I couldn't get a jacket my size. They said it's in another store and can be brought to this store for trial. They will also notify me when it arrives. Great customer service!

Great store, has a lot of high quality outdoor gear available. Never encountered any problem with gear bought here. Also the view outside is amazing, it is situated right on the canal of Utrecht. Love going here every time.

I bought my every day use Patagonia 26L backpack here and received excellent help to choose the perfect fit. Same goes for when I wanted to go backpacking and needed a larger bag. I got great advice on what would fit my petite frame, therefore I went for a Bach backpack. Recently, I was also able to bring my Patagonia backpack in for a repair. This was without charge for me which I highly appreciate! 10/10 Experience here. Friendly and experienced staff.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Really taking the time for you with personal bespoke advice. Not necessarily trying to push the expensive stuff, but the optimum for your particular trip. The assortment of gear is more than adequate. Medium to the best quality.

One of the best outdoor shops in the Netherlands: a wide choice of material, but especially a lot of competent people happy to help satisfying your request. They sell also rather advanced technical equipment; my goto places when I search for quality and reliability. Competitive prices as well

Excellent help, they really want you to end up with the best product for your needs. Even when they don't have the item in stock, they'd rather send you somewhere else to get it than sell you something less fitting.

Excellent place to shop for outdoor gear and clothing. Friendly, well knowledgeable staff, great produce and free coffee and mandarins on offer. Conveniently located along the Oudegracht in the city centre. Has a better and larger selection than the Beaver in Utrecht city has.

My favorite place for outdoor stuff. Large selection. Expensive, but that's to be expected. The feel of the place is really nice, as is the service. It's a bit out of the way but well worth the visit if you're looking for good outdoor gear and recommendations.
