Pakket is nooit aangekomen? edit: lag niet aan hun, maar ups!! Pakket is terecht nogmaals lag niet aan hun!!

Ze zouden vandaag om 12 uur opengaan maar na 20 min wachten was er nog niemand. Later op de middag teruggegaan om mijn pakketje af te leveren. Klantvriendelijkheid hebben ze niet hoog in het vaandel zitten. Erg chagrijnig personeel, ups zou er goed aan doen het punt daar weg te halen.

1 van de weinige plekken met vloeistof voor elektrische sigaretten in deze lockdown. Het bizarre is dat op zondagen de prijzen voor de vloeistoffen €3,50 zijn en doordeweeks €2,50.

Rude stuff members. They lie about UPS problems, but they don't even try using the system. I waited there to drop a package to UPS, saw the guy lying to multiple people. I know the UPS system is working fine, and then he decided to try scanning my barcode, and it worked fine.

UPS also knows what they are doing, but they don't care about it.

I hope to never visit this place again.

Bad staff, bad service. Every time I've picked up a package here from UPS the staff is unhelpful and lazy. They made me go through all the packages myself to find my own package. Also they should open at 12 but when I arrived at 12:15 they were closed

This is a real UPS access point but shop clark will not provide service for you. He will say ah ups IT system problem, account problem etc, in order to refuse service. What a shame.

Worst service point ever, they kick my mother out because the guy working is crazy, she gets out and my gf comes in and because she is white she gets the package after being treated like trash. Making her wait while even other customers even asked themself why she has to wait. Nothing more than a power play the people there. Sad place and not recommended

Pakket niet op bestemming aangekomen. Maar koper krijgt melding ophalen in Leidschendam. Klopt niets van. Breng hier geen pakket naar toe!! Gaat gegarandeerd mis.

snoep is oud heel hard en eigenaar komt heel intimiderend over voelde me niet zo fijn.

Meest verschrikkelijke UPS Point die er is! Ze maken ernstige fouten met het verzenden van pakketten, pakketten ‘verdwijnen’ op een merkwaardige manier en de communicatie is zeer slecht. Het blijkt dat dit vaker gebeurd en ik niet het enige slachtoffer ben geweest. Ik raad het je niet aan als je een waardevol pakket hebt om die daar af te leveren (of überhaupt een pakket). Ik heb een maand moeten strijden om mijn ‘verloren’ waardevolle pakket terug te moeten halen. Nooit meer!
