Wouldn't let me reverse my car through the door so they could have a look at what's wrong with it. I think their muffins in the cafe have gotten smaller too.... Used to be able to feed a family of 5 quite comfortably off just one.... Shrinkflation madams en meneeren ....

Super helpful store assistants, great offers if you are a member and I scored two amazing fleece tops for half of what it would normally cost for 1, more than paid for my annual membership, which i signed up for in the store instantly

Urgent: an updated picture of the new first class location on the Neude, please!
Great advice in finding just the right jacket! Best quality for the best price too.
Go upstairs for coffee and a snack, and enjoy the best view of the bustling Neude.
Also get your travel guides etc. there.

Above the cafe is very nice. Reasonable price and always a place to sit because its quite big. Down I have never shopped, I cannot rate that.

Echt een aanrader omdat de opzet van de winkel én het oude mensen gehalte aan producten sterk verbeterd zijn. Zag iemand uitstekend geholpen worden die er zijn uitdrukkelijke complimenten over maakte. Dat is een goed teken!

Helaas wel weer slecht geholpen..

Misschien omdat het druk was..
