Bulthaup KNSM-eiland

Ik heb voor de tweede keer een mooie keuken van Bulthaup gekocht. Milko helpt je zorgvuldig, geeft je gelijk een goede en eerlijke prijs en denkt heel goed mee om er zo een fantastische keuken van te maken. Ik ben heel blij met de service hier en dat wilde ik via Google laten weten.

Bulthaup heeft prachtige keukens en medewerkers op locatie KNSM zijn heel vriendelijk en service-gericht.

Complete waste of my time. I emailed Luna a month before to schedule an appointment and gave all requested details of the existing Bulthaup kitchen (names, photos, address etc.). I was very clear on what I wanted to discuss during our appointment. Arrived to the appointment and Milko didn't even bother to check with HQ on our existing kitchen beforehand. He didn't know anything about our kitchen and we couldn't discuss anything in detail. He said he would ask them and we would need to schedule a follow up appointment. He could've easily done this before our 1st appointment. For a kitchen that costs over 50k, this is terrible customer service and utterly waste of my time.
