Kasteel Geldrop

Great castle with a nice garden! Check their events on the website or come inside the castle to enjoy lovely interior and rooms with a great view. The castle is open once a week, every Sunday till 17:00. The entrance is free. We were welcomed by a very nice woman who answered our questions and invited to walk around the castle.

It is not really a castle but ground and garden is amazing, there is a playground for kids and a small zoo

A fantastic venue. The castle with its museum and long history and with its lovely gardens for walks is a must see. The castle itself has quite an extensive array of artifacts and exhibits in various rooms. The rooms are named according to the exhibits ie. the green room and there is a vast collection of photos from bygone days. With open day, guides are also present to answer any questions you may have about the castle and its exhibits
Really a worthwhile outing. The horse stables also have extensive interactive exhibits for the children where they can learn about nature, the fauna and flora of the country side.

A lovely place in Geldrop to visit. There is a "Castel" and standing water and trees. There is a beautiful brides garden and a small zoo free of charge for the kids.

I really enjoyed the walk around the castle and it's gardens. The are 3 different sections, 1 old trees and small canals around the kastle, 2 a flower garden next to it with a nice cafe where you can seat outdoors and indoors, 3 exploaration garden with various activities for kids. Theres is also a nice playground for kids. Would defiantly go back and if you are looking for a place for a photo session, that could be a nice place.

Twee prachtige bezienswaardigheden gezien... Natuurlijk het kasteel, maar ook de expositie van wol.
Een schitterend bewaard kasteel, met veel historische informatie. Mooi meubilair, onder andere in de huidige trouwzaal. Goed doordachte opstelling ook: het bruidspaar kan de gasten goed zien en andersom. Ook voor de trouwambtenaar, zo kan ik uit eigen ervaring zeggen.
De sfeer ademt huiselijkheid. Ook volop genoten van oude 'gebruiksvoorwerpen', zoals de twee porceleinen lichtschakelaars. En nog even jeugdherinneringen opgehaald in de keuken, met onder meer het groene zand-zeep-soda stel.
Gelukkig was de maakster van de gevilte wol-creaties zelf aanwezig. Daardoor kon zij uitleg geven over de werkwijze en de achtergrond van deze prachtige kunstwerken.

Landgoed Kasteel Geldrop is een mooie locatie voor een bruiloft. Het kasteel heeft een authentieke uitstraling en een interessante geschiedenis. De tuinen zijn goed onderhouden en bieden een fijne omgeving voor een wandeling of een fotoshoot. De Kasteelhoeve is een gezellige en romantische zaal, waar je lekker kunt eten en drinken. Het personeel is attent, flexibel en ervaren. Ik ben erg tevreden over de service en de sfeer die ze hebben gecreëerd. Landgoed Kasteel Geldrop is een absolute aanrader als je op zoekt bent naar een toffe trouwlocatie.

In november door de tuin gelopen die nog steeds meer dan prachtig is. Mooie expositie gezien in het kasteel en koffie gedronken in een gezellige ambiance met vriendelijk personeel.

Het is niet alleen een mooi kasteel, het is ook een hele mooie omgeving. En een toffe locatie voor evenementen zoals een antiek en brocante fair.

Een mooie heerlijke locatie met een schitterende tuin waar je lekker door heen kan wandelen. Aanrader elk jaar eerste weekend van juli wordt er in de Kasteeltuin het KommuS Kasteelfestival georganiseerd, Meer informatie kan je vinden op www.kommuskasteelfestival.nl

Bellissimo giardino in cui fare passeggiate in mezzo al verde e al profumo dei fiori, bellissima la zona della fattoria didattica e della zona giochi per i più piccoli.

Der Brocante Markt ist immer richtig schön.

Mooi kleinschalig kasteel, er is veel te zien en er is een mooi park/tuin bij om te wandelen. Het is zelfs gatis toegankelijk

Es un jardín/parque muy bonito y bien cuidado. El castillo/mansión pues es un museo pero no me impresionó tanto. Los jardines son lo realmente bonito, sobretodo en otoño.
