I have received the best care here within the region. Though their app doesn't work, and it takes time to make an appointment via call, but finally, after years of miadiagnosis from another practice, they paid attention to my problems. I see a lot of bad comments, but I can recommend them.

I have visited 3 times and was seen by a different doctor every time. They were all extremely helpful and kind, took my issues seriously and referred me to the appropriate specialist. They listened to my medical history, took the time to check with the hospital if the choice of treatment was the correct one, and made sure I understood what I needed to do next.

Other nice things: the website is in English and had all the information I needed, it's easy to make an appointment online, and the GP assistant I spoke to on the phone because of an emergency was super helpful.

I have been very pleased with the care my family has received through the staff at the Videolab location. They're fluent in English. Our family doctor also sees my children. My health concerns have been handled quickly and thoroughly.
My doctor even took the time to call my cell phone company to understand why 040 numbers (the after hours ER scheduling phone line) where blocked to dial out. He even scolded them when he discovered the policy is to block the ability to call 040 numbers until 3 billing cycles. He told them it was a dangerous practice that prevented his patient (me) from getting the care I needed. I was extremely thankful for that extra effort! I highly reccomend the staff at the Strijp-S center.

First time here and was apprehensive because of the mixed reviews but had a great first experience of the Dutch Healthcare system. The young male Doctor had excellent English, took a genuine interest in my ailments and clearly explained what I needed to do. The receptionists were equally helpful answering all my questions and booking me in for my next appointment 👍 really impressed!!!

I'm a really complicated patient, so I was expecting some friction at the begging, especially since I found out that my treatment is unusual to the usual Dutch medicine, which led me to some really, really bad experiences.

But it feels really good that I found a doctor who actually listens and does his best to take care of my health and to guide me with all the frictions from the enormous difference of healthcare system that I was used to, to the Dutch one.

I absolutely recommend Dr. J. de Boer, it is really great to be able to count on his advice and expertise.

Heel goed geholpen bij het behandelen van mijn wond.

Ik ben nieuw bij deze praktijk en ik liep tegen wat probleempjes aan. Het was geen probleem de medewerkers hebben mij perfect geholpen en hebben iedere keer nagebeld en gemaild om alles op oren te krijgen ze krijgen van mij een dikke 10

Ik ben zeer tevreden met hun service en hoe ze de patienten behandelen. altijd snel en meedenkend en meewerkend.
Mijn huisarts is heel vriendelijk en zeer ervaren. ben een paar keer verhuisd en veel artsen gehad, ik wil m nooit veranderen nu. zolang hij niet met pension gaat hehehehe.
