For my stay from Wednesday to Thursday in Hoorn, I chose an old prison that has been renovated into a hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was simple and good.

I have never been in a hotel with a better host. The owner helped us out as best as he could. We all agreed that this was one of the best hotel experiences we had. I would highly recommend everyone going to Hoorn to stay here. Highly recommend.

A great experience to sleep in a prison cell, big room with open walk in shower so stay with someone you know well! Lovely terrace on the waterside with great staff and ambiance. Didn't eat there in the evening but the breakfast was very good. 80 euros for a double cell and 9.50 p.p for breakfast was a true value of our stay.

Great location and very nice rooms for an old prison :-) Parking is a problem though so come early. Breakfast was nice but has to be booked the night before. Would stay here again.

O hotel está super bem localizado, dispõe de uma vista incrível. O fato de ter sido uma antiga prisão torna a experiência uma mais valia. Pequeno almoço simples, mas satisfatório.
