Our (family) experience with the practice accumulated over >5 years, leaving aside the unique attributes of the national health system as a whole:
1. Almost always we have been able to get an appointment within a day, at times the same day.
2. Whenever there was a real need to get a referral letter to a specialist in a hospital, we were always able to get one without having to pretend we were dying.
3. Doctors were always polite, considerate, and were sharing the rationale behind their recommendations.
4. I find the assistants very supportive.
5. Often the person consulting us was not the head of the practice, but a more junior doctor. They were usually still quite knowledgeable, and in any difficult cases also proactive to call-in the head immediately. Overall it seems to help the practice accommodating more patients at shorter time and grow the competence for junior doctors, so I appreciate this setup.

Overall, as a GP Practice, in my opinion it’s a really good one.

! Very rapid and expert action! Listens carefully and estimates the best solution.

The GP is very busy all the time and the medical assistant answering the phone is really rude.

First time in 5 years and I go the the GP with a migraine. I call first, explain to them that my head is exploding for 2 days, that I’ve been taking 6 paracetamol per day and hiding from light and sound.
They make an appointment, I explain my symptoms again and I am again prescribed paracetamol.
Why would you ask somebody in pain, with light and sound sensitivity to come out of their house and not help them? After telling this to them, they ask me if I want to try ibuprofen. They don’t respect at all patients and they have no interest in really helping you.
If this treatment is all that they can give, then just tell me on the phone, as they are both availability over the counter.

Worst doctor ever! She won't even listen to the problem and provides wrong treatment. The doctor even prescribed illicit medication and didn't even took the responsibility for the same.

Please safe yourself and your family from this doctor by not registering under this GP.

2de patient van de dag en al 35 minuten uitloop, wat theoretisch niet eens mogelijk kan zijn, om vervolgens weer overgeslagen worden! Vervolg recepten worden niet goed doorgegeven aan de apotheek. 2x geweest bij deze praktijk en 2 x heel lang zitten wachten, op emails wordt niet gereageert, geen fijn gevoel hier over.

Je wordt nooit doorgestuurd naar een specialist...altijd verstopte neus en benauwd. Steeds maar sprays geven maar geen verwijzing naar de KNO. Uiteindelijk een andere huisarts gevonden. Jammer dat ik bijna 2 jaar met neuspoliepen rondliep.
Geen goede ervaring dus...

Een erg slechte arts die meerdere fouten heeft gemaakt zowel op sociaal en medisch gebied, ondanks meerdere gesprekken en dat ik in mijn gelijk werd gesteld kon er geen sorry vanaf. Ik zou naar een andere huisarts gaan.

Verschrikkelijke arts. Zeer slechte adviezen en is zeer onprofessioneel tegen patiënten. DIT KAN ECHT NIET
