I see, that the most complains are about staff here, and I would like to add, since I regularly buy flowers here. The guy with a beard and an earring is a very helpful and friendly person. I always enjoy buying flowers from him. However, there's a lady there, which you better not to mess with. She is unfriendly and overall it looks she doesn't enjoy interacting with people - I am curious why she decided to work in retail at all. You are always being instructed hysterically like "don't stay close to me, I feel uncomfortable", all this in a rude manner. If you want to choose a flower and say "Can I please have this branch instead of that one?" you'll get an angry "they are all the same!"... Overall I like the variety of flowers here and the shop is nice. However, I would only change my rating for this place when I see that the lady behaves normal to the customers.

I buy flowers in this place for few years, regularly, at least once per month. As a returning client I would expect at least a bit of friendliness and empathy or a fake smile. Today, I wanted to buy some tulips, at first I thought to buy them in the supermarket next door, but then I thought: 'no, I will support the local business instead'. I picked up the flowers (and was planning to buy few more plants, and was about to ask a question...) and instead of nice response (like for example: oh, you chose nice tulips, would you like something else?), I got an angry instruction from the employee of this place that they like to pick up the flowers by themselves. I responded 'sorry', but she continued lecturing me and pointed out I didn't see the sign which states that, and she said I should know that because I come here often (exactly so I spend money in this place often!). Fine, this is the rule. But say it politely or just simply appreciate that I come here often and spend money on flowers which do not last even few days, just because I believe supporting local business is better than a supermarket chain. To add more fun to this, I suffer from eye issues so yes I could have not seen a small sign hidden between flowers saying I should wait for staff to pick up the flowers or I could have been thinking about real issues of the World, like wars or a sick family member, so would not think picking up the flowers is such a tragedy, which requires a lecture. A bit of empathy and friendliness would be nice. I will never buy here again and I will make sure no friend of mine goes there. You lost a client, but I guess keeping clients is not your goal with attitude like that.

Kwaliteit laat te wensen over en het personeel is zeer onvriendelijk. Zo worden voorbijlopende mensen uitgescholden en uitgemaakt voor de meest vreselijke dingen. Zeker een afrader!
