Stay hours on the phone and waisted my time. No body pick up the phone. I'm so sorry but this it's ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous. Very very bad customer service and shame on rabobank. nl

Bad service!! I tried to register myself through their website and it couldn’t identify my face to be matched with my ID card I submitted. So I decided to go to their local office, the staff asked me my passport and Dutch ID card, was waiting nearly 40 mins!! She said everythings ok, someone will call me and I will get the card! But after 2 WEEKS I haven’t received anything even the phone call. NADA!

I decided to call myself to ask what the problem is. Their team put me through from one to another like cmon do your job professionally! Finally I spoke with one staff on the phone she is pretty nice and attentive to my problem. It turned out that she couldn’t find my DUTCH ID CARD in the system. She suggested me to go again to the office to submit my ID CARD! So what the girl in the office did when I went there the first hand??? It really got me crazy! 2 weeks waiting for nothing. If i didn’t call it probably take forever to get the card. And the second time i went to the office, the staff is not friendly at all, didn’t want to listen what became my concerns. Decided to move to another bank right away. ADIOS!

Personeel is niet vriendelijk hangen zomaar in je gezicht op onervaren personeel is ook te merken slechtste bank ooit! gelukkig meteen overgestapt naar een andere bank

Als je "rood staan" met je app verwijderd, moet dit doorgegeven worden aan het BKR. Bij de Rabobank vandaag na 5 werkdagen nog niet verwerkt????
Mijn ING rekeningen waren dezelfde dag al verwijderd uit BKR!!!!
