Doctor's Practice Gijsbers & Rondeel

Ik heb mijn huisarts Gijsbers als een zeer prettige huisarts ervaren. Neemt altijd de tijd om naar je te luisteren en neemt je serieus. Luistert ook naar hoe je er zelf over denkt en dringt niks aan. Ook als het druk is, is er altijd tijd om nog je hart te luchten of je zorgen uit te spreken. Ik ben altijd goed geholpen daar. Inmiddels een paar maanden verhuisd uit Nijmegen, maar nog steeds geen andere huisarts hier gevonden waar ik mij bij wil inschrijven. Ik rijd nu nog steeds 1,5 uur naar Nijmegen om bij deze huisartsenpraktijk gezien te worden.

Fijne praktijk, al jaren lang.

Prima artsen. Zelfs als het druk is nemen ze de tijd om je te helpen.

De artsen en assistenten zijn behulpzaam,is er schoon en je hoef niet naar het ziekenhuis de kleinen dingen doen ze zelf ideaal.

I am not really satisfied of this Doctor's Practice. I had a visit 5 times. First time I was sent to Physioterapie while I had a problem with the rash. I went there and it showed up that I supposed to go to another building on Couwenbergstraat. Well, everybody can make a mistake so I just went there and I actually had an appointment. Later I contactec again because medicines did not help and everything went well.
Next appointment I had to the doctor around 2 weeks later. During that period of time the doctor who supposed to take care of me called me and left the voice mail that she can not help me because she does not speak english so I have to make another appointment. i understood that she cancelled that one and so I did not call because back then I did not feel that I have to do that. Well, it showed up that even though the doctor called me to inform that the appointment will not take place I had to call to cancel it? I received the letter that it was my fault that I did not show up on time which I can not really understand because I was informed that there is no way that the doctor will help me...
I tried to make another appointment again with the rash which still did not go away. I had an appointment for Thursday at 08:20. I asked twice. It showed up that the practice is closed that day and I DO NOT have any appointment?
Last time I tried again. I asked twice if the person who made for me the appointment is sure that I have to go to Geerestesteinstraat 32. She said yes (even though I'd already knew there is no way that there is any doctor who can check the rash). And so in that day firstly I went on Cowenbergstraat to make sure that I shall not go there. Lady from reception said that I have to go on Geeresteinstraat (I asked if she is sure because I know that there is only Physicoteraphy, not the doctors). She said yes so I went there. I've been waiting 20 minutes and nobody called me and I could not find anybody who I could ask if for sure I supposed to be there. In the end I just gave up and went home.

Ik heb net gebeld voor dat mij zoon heeft heel erg buikpijn heeft en ik zou voor een afspraak maken en assistente geeft aan dat maandag pas plekje vrij heeft . Dus ik moet nog tot maandag wachten. En nog assistentie doet met heel rare manier reageren en tot slot heeft telefonisch opgehangen.

Ben van kinds af aan patient bij deze praktijk (inmiddels 50 jaar) maar wat is dit de laatste jaren achteruit gegaan! De standaard vraag 'wat denkt u dat het is', is inmiddels vervangen door een handgeschreven briefje met een paar steekwoorden van Thuisarts.nl. M.a.w. zoek het maar lekker zelf op. En als je tijdens je consult (ongeveer eens per 5 jaar) nog vragen hebt, krijg je doodleuk te horen dat je tijd om is en er een andere patiënt zit te wachten..... Dat was voor mij dus de laatste keer, ik ga nu op zoek naar een echte huisarts.

Begin nooit aan deze huisartsenpraktijk. Een dringende verzoek om eerder te komen met een kind kan deze praktijk niets schelen. Een week wachttijd! Assistente zegt doodleuk dat ze het allemaal niet acuut genoeg vind. Geleerd voor arts? Zelf naar de huisarts geweest, krijg je een leerling die foto's maakt en het doorstuurt naar een arts. U hoort volgende week van mij.... 😂 Stelletje prutsers!

Waardeloze bereikbaarheid. Als 4e beller zit je een half uur in de wachtrij en vervolgens wordt je niet te woord gestaan, terwijl je reageert op een terugbelverzoek

Altijd te druk, en daarom vergeten je ze gewoon, eigenlijk laten ze je gewoon aan je lot over

Moet je voor de gein eens bellen, maar wel vanaf negen uur, en dan van 9 tot half elf, en weet ik veel wanneer ze allemaal pauze hebben.

Succes, want je krijgt alleen maar de voicemail
