Very nice atmosphere, place is run by two lovely Belgian people who you can see they got a big passion for what they do. The SAM&N menu is a big recommendation, every dish comes with a complementary cocktail which is just as delicious as the dish itself. I don’t eat meat, and although no changes can be made to the menu, it was no problem and they came up with perfect alternatives. We had an amazing evening here!

The food is amazing, so delicate and tasty. The sharing idea is great, what a good idea! We had the 3 courses menu, for us more than enough. Especially the asparagus and razor clams were delicious. The cocktails were very good too. A wonderful experience really. We can only recommend!

A very unusual place, everything is delicious and made with a soul. The food and cocktails are on top. The desserts were crazy delicious. Very pleasant service. The only thing is that there is a long wait between serving dishes, I would like them to be brought quickly.

The seasonal menu provides a variety of interesting and unique cocktails made with passion and knowledge of the ingredients. The atmosphere is fantastic and the bar beautifully decorated. Definitely a recommendable cocktail experience in Maastricht.

I went there some time ago on a trip and we had the Full-In dining experience with all 5 experiences (mine was a vegetarian version) and it was SO lovely! I’m still thinking about it and telling people about it as it was actually the most amazing dining experience I have ever had.

The food and the cocktails were outstanding and the couple running the restaurant are sich kind and passionate people. 1000% recommend!

The food is really tasty and the service is good. For any tourists visiting, I can best describe the experience as fine dining in that the care taken whilst preparing the food is exquisite but like with most fine dining, you are given "just enough" to want more (code for, don't expect large portions 😜). It's also worth mentioning that if you went for the full experience, you should allow enough time as the full experience takes about 4 hours with around 40 min wait between each course.

Strongly recommend it! It s a journey. We had a five course dinner that was shared and experienced together. For every course you'll find a cocktail that fits, you can also choose to have them with every course for a fixed price. If you don't, I still recommend to try at least some, the creations are unique. The courses, including fish and meat (not sure whether veg alternatives are offered), were perfectly balanced. You can also visit the bar, but dinner probably needs a reservation beforehand. Thanks for the great evening!

Hands down the best cocktail bar in the city.

Jeroen (the bartender) and his wife Aafje (the cook) have an excellent taste and are simply lovely - almost as much as the group of Italians showing up every couple of days to sip Jeroen's creations and taste the delicacies.

Lovely place with very friendly staff and great cooking all around. They tried to accommodate to one of us being vegetarian as much as possible abd they took all the time in the world to make us feel at home. Highly recommend this place to everyone who visits Maastricht or lives close by.

Great cocktail bar with amazing food pairings. This is a must-visit in Maastricht, the owners are very nice and welcoming; they managed to seat us on a busy night with no reservation.

Absolutely great experiences in this place. It is run by a lovely couple. She likes to cook, he likes to make cocktails and together they like to share their passion. We really enjoyed their concept of sharing dishes and tastes. The menu is cleverly curated and we enjoyed every course. It is unbelievable that there are only two people rocking this ship, and perhaps this isn't the right place in case you are in a hurry. But if you like a nice atmosphere and enjoy taste, we highly recommend it!
