I changed license plates in my car from polish to dutch. Sent them a special confirmation letter twice already that they asked me to send so I don’t have to pay double because I don’t use my polish license plates anymore. It’s half year later and they still think that I have two cars and keep sending me letters that I have to pay for my polish license plates. Is this normal in the Netherlands? Is this how they “solve” things here?

Just thieves and a way to make money off the backs of residents! NJ calculates my tax for 2022 but recalculates my previous years just so I can pay them back.I think I will call a lawyer because I have no other option, but I can't let them do what they want with new residents.
