Nice store to see how things look and feel in person. It's great to be able to just look around without being bothered, not cramped or too hot.

First of all, they are very well organized. You are assigned a number and, after some waiting time (there is coffee), you are guaranteed attention. Quite unlike other shops where the personnel seems to circulate the floor on a random basis.

Went to the store to purchase a tablet. Took a while to be assisted but received great support. Item sadly was not in stock but could be delivered to the store the next day and be ready for pickup. Pickup was fast and smooth!

My girlfriend who is kind of a shy person, and a foreigner in the Netherlands (I am dutch) went to Coolbleu Arnhem to buy me a cellphone for my birthday. She was helped extremely kindly and patiently by a girl from the staff. If you manage to convince her to be that positive about an experience she doesn't like, then it merits 5 stars in my opinion. Thanks for the help and giving her the help she needed!
