Notiz Hotel

Nice room, new & clean, good breakfast, nice quiet environment but on walking distance city center (15 minutes). Lot of modern gadgets controlling room features such as lighting and curtains with a tablet, which alas did not always work correctly, can be improved. Also good to add a short explanation of this on paper, especially for elder people this would be very useful.

The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and solution-oriented. This is really special about the Note Hotel. This hotel is highly recommended if you want friendly service staff in all areas and you prefer an exceptional breakfast and excellent room service. There is a locked area directly at the hotel for bicycles. For me, as a wheelchair user, this is one of the few hotels that has a stable and safe shower chair that you can sit on properly without having to support yourself with your feet. The hotel has two parking spaces for people with disabilities. Really highly recommended and definitely planned for next year even after our second stay.

High tech hotel with beautiful comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Some high tech features take a bit of patience to figure out.

Smart-rooms are clean and greatly designed.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Leeuwarden. This the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Leeuwarden. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the Notiz offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Turndown service, plenty of quality coffee in the room, lobby, or the restaurant. Also, private parking that is very easy to get to. These are just a few of the features which made our stay a level above what may be expected of a hotel of this size. Traveling for business or pleasure, you will be exceedingly happier after a stay at the Notiz Hotel in Leeuwarden.

We really enjoyed our stay at this very professional, student-run hotel. The service is more dedicated and earnest, the rooms are cleaner, the amenities are better than in other hotels. Free parking and an easy walk to town make it the perfect choice for any trip to Leeuwarden!

Hotel located at the university. They offer spacious, clean room, nice furniture, comfortable beds and welcome sweets were very tasty. Very modern hotel which could compete with the best hotels in Netherlands! Staff (students) are very hospitable, extremely polite and professional. These young people can be rolemodel to some receptionist who are working in other hotels across Europe. Breakfast was very nice.

Unusual hotel in a quiet location, but 10 min walk away from the inner town centre of Leeuwaarden. Regular bus service runs from the train station to the hotel. Very recently constructed and part of the hotel-college NHL Stenden, it is, run by lots of young people and they provide a fantastic and very attentive service! The rooms are fabulous, modern, spacious, nice interior, well organized, I did not miss anything. Good quality breakfast catering for all individual needs of the guests. Recommendable!

Fantastic place. Relaxing atmosphere, very polite and helpful staff, loved the interior. Best thing was the breakfast. They have indoor garden in the middle of the breakfast hall for decor. Definitely recommended. Liked it so much that planning to go back.

Superb hotel with competitive prices, modern and stylishly put together. The restaurant is sublime, the food is a feast for the eye and the palett. The concept of the students of the hotel school working there makes for young and vibrant, friendly staff. A most memorable experience.

Really cozy student-run hotel, with a really really nice interior as well as architecture. I really love the fact that they are the only hotel in the netherlands that uses the Hoteza app, which allows us guests to control the most of the things in the room with only our mobile phones. Would love to come back again!

Very affordable. A training center for hotel industry. Teaching students to test you like royalty. Wonderful service, but the are learning so not perfect. An excellent value!

The stenden hotel is friendly located on a less then 5 min. drive from the city centre. There's a free parkingspot in front of entrance. Inside you will find a friendly staff that welcomes you in a beautyfull and modern lobby, an Lounge café with Dutch special drinks, And a restaurant with a tasty menu. The rooms are in a separate but connected building were you find beautyfull and modern rooms. When you are in the neighbourhood of Leeuwarden and searching for a different but great experience you should GO.
