EMS Revolution

I started at EMS Revolution on the 14th of March, and already 3 times into the training with Rayen I am feeling a big difference! I am noticing getting stronger and fitter, my energy levels have gone up significantly and I am sleeping a lot better! Having not done sports for several years due to my health and injuries, this has been the perfect place for me to kick off my healing journey! Rayen is giving me just the right amount of encouragement and push I need, tells me how I can improve my exercises to avoid further injury and keeps track of my improvements. All of this for just 20 minutes per week, which I never thought was possible. I would highly recommend EMS Revolution to anyone!

It’s been 5 months since I signed up for EMS at this location. The trainers are very knowledgeable, motivating and create a great atmosphere. Here I found the support and boost I needed to get back on track. The work out is only 20 minutes but let me tell you that the difference I’ve seen is tremendous. I highly recommend giving this type of work out a try!

Great place for working out when you have a tight schedule and no time to go to regular gym. Also great personal trainers who guide you well and motivate you along the way.

Very cool place with super friendly trainers! If I want to have a quick and effective training, this is my go to place. Additionally training inthis crazy suit is an experience in itself :)

A fun way to get exercise in within a short amount of time. The trainers and other trainees are awesome people. Definitely recommend!

Great. Small Team that makes it feel like a family. There is a lot of individual attention from the trainers. Sessions are short but very intense. Makes it s good option when you are short on time. And you definitely get used to the electro-stimulation after a month or so.

The location of the gym is very nice! It is easily reachable by bike as well as by tram/bus! The trainers are very good, the take their time to explain everything you need to know about the EMS system. Additionally they create the perfect training to let you reach your personal goals !

Awesome environment and serious committed trainers.after only a few weeks I already feel better,fitter and it is a perfect training for someone like me who has a busy schedule overall.
