WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE

at the next day i drove early to the course to experience everything, so first of all there is a great clubhouse which is very young. There was a very nice welcome to the club and a good stuffed pro Shop - even with a titleist bag in the dutch colours.

First i hit some balls on the range, there you can pay directly with the smartphone - next to the Range is directly the small 9 hole course. such a good practice course, small greens and good approach shots - that is where most of us lost the most shots. You can play that really quick and only need some clubs.

After that we were ready and started our round on the 18th hole course, on this day it was like a two club wind. i can tell you it was feeling like in scotland. The condition of the course was really good, but with the wind - you need to stay away from the rough, this was really strong and the balls are almost gone. IMO the second nine are even better and they finish with the great Hole 18 (like always) but this is a great hole - Par 5 with an amazing bunker like you only have seen on TV before.

Next to the green you directly find the terrace, which is really good for some drinks and they have also some nice food and very good service.

I must say i fell in love with this course and definitly need to come back!!!

Very nice course. Tough Back Nine. Unfortunately I was forced to start at the Back Nine - Did not ask for that and came to start the Front Nine right behind a Ladies Tournament - 5 Stars for the course and Zero for the staff. Most unsatisfying experience on such a nice course.

One year later: still 5 Stars for the course and 6+ for the Greenkeepers! Haven’t seen greens in these conditions for years! Great fairways, too. Staff also 5, but if possible put single-players into other flights. I had to pass 5 flights today. Never got into a nice rhythm.

Amazing course and in perfect condition. After I finished 18 I went and played 9 more!

Great course for a first-time golf experience. We could play 9 holes on the par-3 course which was good fun.

Well worth the ferry trip!

Prachtige links golfbaan in het Noorden van Texel. Zeer goed onderhouden, goede oefenfaciliteiten, ook een 9 holes par 3 baan en een prachtige (maar hele moeilijke) 18 holes wedstrijdbaan. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel (Mariska) en goede horeca (Hanenhuus).

Das drumherum aus Clubhaus (neu gebaut!), Driving Range und Infrastruktur ist top!

Wunderschöne Anlage mit einem Par 3 Kurzspielplatz und einem Platz mit 18 Bahnen. Traumhaft gepflegt, nettes Personal und sehr charmant gelegen.

Top locatie, 5 sterren waardig. Waarschuwing v/d *BURGER* @ € 19,50. Graag aandacht van de Keukenbrigade. Geur en smaak van gebruikt rubber, jammer, zou op deze top locatie niet mogen.

Prachtige baan op een mooie locatie. Daarnaast een super aardige caddiemaster die een groot compliment verdiend! Vanwege zware (niet voorspelde) regen de ronde niet afgemaakt. Kregen hierom een gratis drankje en stukje taart, daarnaast wilden ze ons nog compenseren voor de greenfee. Nog nooit meegemaakt maar ontzettend aardig en zeer gewaardeerd.

Fijne omgeving, fijne baan. Voldoende complexiteit om je spel te kunnen verbeteren. Toppertje!
We hebben genoten van de baan en de borrelplank achteraf. Laat ons toe te zeggen dat een borrelplankJE een understatement is :D
Wederom een mooie plek waar we zeker terugkomen.

Schöner gepflegter Platz. Durch Umbau war nur Loch 10-18 zu spielen. Trotzdem war es eine schöne entspannte Runde. Kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastische golfbaan, mooi in de dubbel van Texel. Uitdagend wanneer er wat wind staat! Mooie omgeving en veel vogels.

Prachtige baan in een duin omgeving.

Prachtige golfbaan. Ligt er heel mooi bij. 1e 9 helemaal aangepast en een mooi nieuw clubhuis.

Windkracht 6. Van alle golfbanen in Nederland staat deze in mijn top 3. Ik speel graag in de wind en er staat altijd wind op texel. Hole 15 is een bruut als het tegen je is. Fantastische baan en respect voor alle groene keepers en bemanning om het in zo'n uitstekende staat te houden. Geweldige bar en restaurant. Vriendelijke mensen en kijken ernaar uit om er weer terug te komen.

Fraaie locatie geweldig uitzicht vriendelijk personeel en high class interieur en sanitair. Vijf sterren waard. Een minder goede ervaring met de keuken was mijn burger die echt zonder enige fantasie naar verbrand rubber( autobanden) smaakte. De vriendelijke bediening vroeg of alles had gesmaakt wel een opmerking gemaakt maar om mijn gast- vrouw niet in verlegenheid te brengen het hierbij gelaten. Dom van me want zo krijgt de keuken geen gelegenheid dit te corrigeren. Bij het verlaten van de club rook ik de zefde lucht waarna de burger smaakte. Bitter/ aangebrand. Ik schrijf dit in het vertrouwen dat iemand op de club dit op pikt.
Zonde van deze dessonant want TX is top, prachtig weer en de rest van ons bezoek onvergetelijk.
