BOXStudio - bulthaup aan het Olympisch Stadion

I recently bought a kitchen here and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The team was knowledgeable, professional and efficient, making the whole process seamless.
During the design phase, Arjen worked closely with me to understand my vision for the space and provided valuable input to bring it to life. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the design, from the placement of equipment to the choice of materials.
Once the design was finalized, the installation process was carried out with precision and care. The team arrived on time and worked diligently to ensure every detail was perfect. They were respectful of my home and left the space clean and tidy after each working day.

Wij hebben afgelopen december onze nieuwe Bulthaup keuken gekregen. Mooi ontwerp ontvangen vooraf, hoogwaardige kwaliteit en installatie was volgens afgesproken planning. Tijdens de feestdagen hebben we er heerlijk van kunnen genieten.
Deze keukenwinkel raad ik zeker aan.

Zeker naar deze winkel gaan, als je een mooie keuken wil. Arjen inspireerde ons met zijn verrassende, out of the box ontwerp. Op een klein oppervlak hebben we nu een complete keuken van een topmerk. Hun monteurs zijn bovendien echte vakmensen.

Wij waren zeer tevreden over de manier hoe Arjen met het ontwerp van de keuken omging.
We hebben een totall andere keuken gekregen dan we in onze gedacht hadden en zijn uitermate tevreden met het resultaat.
Arjen kijkt niet alleen naar de keuken die hij ontwerpt, maar ook naar de grotere ruimte waar deze in komt te staan en neemt dit mee in het ontwerp.
We genieten iedere dag van de keuken

Fantastische winkel, we hebben in ons laatste nieuwe huis inmiddels al voor de 3e keer onze keuken bij hun gekocht.
Mooie ontwerpen en fantastische service.

We zijn heel erg blij met onze nieuwe keuken en adviezen om tot onze droomkeuken te komen. ook een groot deel van de verbouwing laten doen. Professioneel en zeer persoonlijk geholpen met een eigentijdse creatieve inslag.

In addition to the review I posted earlier, the quooker tap which was installed by BoxStudio - Bulthaup earlier is now already loose and about to come out. Further, the drainage pipe replaced by BoxStudio - Bulthaup employee (to install quooker) has a leakage which is causing my kitchen to flood. I have to now even call a plumber to fix all these issues as a result of terrible service which BoxStudio - Bulthaup provides. In my view, if there was an award for providing terrible service BoxStudio - Bulthaup would be a very good candidate as a winner.

@BoxStudio - Bulthaup: Also thanks for making a privacy violation by sharing the your complete client name in your previous comment as a response to mine. By happy that i am not filing any complaints for (information) privacy violation for sharing sensitive data under GDPR.

DE SLECHTSTE WINKEL VAN AMSTERDAM

We ordered Quooker from Bulthaup (Olympisch Stadion) and were promised it takes only a week to have it delivered and installed. After waiting 2+ months and constantly following up with Bulthaup, finally the Quooker was arranged for. We then made an appointment with the Bulthaup for installation which was cancelled 3 times by Bulthaup.

Finally, on the day of installation we were informed by Bulthaup mechanic that a part of Quooker was missing and we had to wait for 7 hours (without any water supply) while the missing Quooker part was being arranged. I even had to re-arrange all my appointments to wait 7 hours for the Bulthaup mechanic to install the Quooker (which usually takes 1 hour - as informed by the Bulthaup mechanic). The worst of all, we were even charged by Bulthaup for all these extra Mechanic hours, even though it was the fault of Bulthaup for not delivering the missing Quooker part.

For all international as well as Dutch acquaintances intending to buy a Quooker, PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER STORE BUT BULTHAUP (ITS THE WORST).

Kitchen Nightmare
I have bought a kitchen which was supposed to be delivered at the end of March. Two months later, the kitchen installation has not been completed yet. What is worse is that I do not even have any feedback nor information from the shop on the date of completion of the installation.
I would not recommend this shop nor the brand due to the extremely poor service level.

I was welcomed by a sales agent who seemed to believe that I could not afford a Bulthaup kitchen - asking questions such as “do you know that we are expensive”? and “we can sit if we want but…do you know Bulthaup?” in a very arrogant way
Terrible! I left the store immediately !!!
