Website is appalling, nowhere to actually make a claim. When I finally did get through to claim they would only pay £200 for a £700 broken monitor claim. I was insured by them via Schmidt Global solutions for a move from NL to UAE. Schmidt are good but they need a much better insurance partner.

On the bright side, Sedgwick will always be in my mind as the insurance company to avoid like the plague should I ever need coverage for another move. They won’t screw me over twice!
