Wou een mooie bond jas kopen maar er stonden irritante mensen te schreeuwen. De eigenaar pakte ze goed aan. Helaas voelde ik mij niet prettig bij alle herrie maar de volgende keer ga ik zeker iets aanschaffen hier!

Vanuit België naar hier gestuurd omdat ze nog een stuk in de juiste maat hadden liggen hier. Super geholpen, bovendien nog wat extra namen/adressen voor de zoon ook gehad, zondag shoppen in Maastricht was geslaagd.

I have shopped at Max Mara stores across multiple countries but never encountered such impolite & discourteous staff. Even though Max Mara has been my Winter wardrobe staple for years, I won't shop at this store ever again. Real shame.

Ik had afgelopen zondag een Julia Roberts momentje in deze winkel in Maastricht. Was benieuwd wat een bepaalde jas koste dus even naar binnen. Prijs was €2.200.- dus duidelijk dat was alles wat ik wilde weten. Advies van de verkoopster was dat ik er eerst maar voor moest sparen hahaha dat zeg je toch niet tegen een wildvreemde.

Zeer teleurstellend hoe ik hier vooral niet geholpen ben. Tot overmaat van ramp werd er tijdens het passen de deur open getrokken. Daar schrok ik heel erg van. Als de verkoopsters zelfs maar een beetje betrokken waren had dit niet hoeven te gebeuren.
