Vanochtend voor het eerst "dry needling" toegepast vanwege aanhoudende schouderklachten. Meteen was de pijn zo goed als weg bij het verlaten van de behandelkamer Ik kan het bijna niet geloven, na maanden wakker worden met juist erg veel pijn. Top!

De ervaring wisselt. De ene keer zeg ik JA ik ben te vrede. Maar de andere keer ook zeker niet. Het is een druk bezochte praktijk. En tijd is en blijft een dingetje. De oefenzaal is oké. Maar absoluut niet mij ding. En ik ben er ook wel klaar mee. En ik weet ik ben er voor me zelf. Maar heb niet altijd het gevoel dat de fysio er voor mij is. Hij is meer met andere bezig dan met mij. Dat is minder prettig.
