Hello, I have a VanMoof S3 and sure I have had some issues with it like brakes, boost and bell button and a rear wheel. I am so happy that I have a bike shop in Groningen where i can repair it, and not need to send it away.
I am not so happy with the quality with my VanMoof but the Lituanian guy is the best bicycle repair guy I have met. He always take the time to explain what he has repaired and always is friendly.
When I leave the bike for repair it's never takes so long time before it's doen.
I am so happy with the service, so 1 of 10 I give it a 12, keep op the good work.

Really enjoyed the transparency when asking about what went wrong with my bike. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to fix my ebike. Also all flat tires that have been fixed by them were done quickly and professionally. Will definitely keep them as my main repair shop for my ebike.

Awesome. Truly great people. I rented an ebike from them for long-term (multiple weeks) and the owner was totally willing to make a deal that worked really well for me and didn't cost me much in the end. I really like the attitude of this place and was thrilled to see that he wasn't out to gouge me, but instead made sure that we could both walk away feeling like we got a good deal. And the ebike was superb. Made my 15k commute far easier, and it was just plain fun to go fast and pass everyone else on the bike path! The store offered good service too and they were happy to make some free adjustments to the bike after I used it a few days. I would totally return here. Good and trustworthy.

Topservice bij TrendEwheels Groningen! Het personeel is ontzettend vakkundig en heeft duidelijk veel verstand van zaken. De jongens die mij hielpen waren niet alleen professioneel, maar ook heel vriendelijk en netjes. De service was snel en van uitstekende kwaliteit. Ze begrijpen hun vak door en door.

Ik heb nog een front carrier in bestelling, maar ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat dit ook snel en netjes afgehandeld wordt. De jongens hebben zeker een 🍰verdiend voor hun harde werk. Bedankt voor de geweldige service!

Kundig en vriendelijk personeel, altijd bereid voor een praatje en kleine reparaties kan vaak tussendoor.

Mijn VanMoof S3 en die van mijn vrouw (A5) breng ik hier altijd na toe mocht er een probleem zijn. Ook na het faillisement bleven zij ons goed helpen.

En prijs van een reparatie valt reuze mee.

Betrouwbare zaak en kundige medewerkers. Mijn van Moof was daar in goede handen en dat blijft zo heb ik begrepen. Overigens vind ik het nogal bizar dat mensen altijd voor een dubbeltje op de eerste rang willen zitten en klagen over een bandenreparatie van €25-30. Ik zou zeggen doe het het zelf.

Twee keer hier fietsen gehuurd. Perfecte e-bikes met grote accu zodat we groot rondje Groningen konden fietsen. Inleveren fietsen geen problemen met tijden, zijn flexibel. En de fietsen waren in goede staat. Ga je fietsen dan beveel ik TrendEwheels aan.

Rented bikes here twice. Perfect e-bikes with a large battery so that we could cycle the big around of Groningen. Returning bicycles no problems with times, they are flexible. And the bikes were in good condition. If you go cycling, I recommend TrendEwheels.

Op vrijdagmiddag mijn VM gebracht ter reparatie en 1 dag later werd ik alweer gebeld dat deze klaar stond! Kan niet beter!
Nieuwe versnelling / achterwiel etc. is supersnel gerepareerd. top service!

Geweldige fietsenzaak. Ik laat hier al jaren mijn VanMoof onderhouden. Ook na het faillissement denken ze met je mee en zijn ze op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en kunnen ze je altijd service verlenen. Bedankt!
